本機(jī)型為中間輥傳動(dòng)，機(jī)架剛度大，輥系采用軋機(jī)專用FCD軸承，適用于寬板精軋，是軋制銅及銅合金的常用設(shè)備。

本機(jī)為六輥精軋機(jī)，由壓上裝置、機(jī)架裝置、輥系部分、平衡裝置、主傳動(dòng)、換輥裝置等組成。其主要功能是軋制帶材，滿足一定厚度。設(shè)備組成，機(jī)前機(jī)后裝置、六輥軋機(jī)、液壓四棱錐卷取機(jī)、支撐輥液壓換輥裝置、普通液壓系統(tǒng)、AGC液壓系統(tǒng)、稀油站、工藝潤(rùn)滑站、電控、測(cè)厚儀、機(jī)組地腳螺栓等組成。
This machine is six-high finishing rolling mill , which is composed of a press up device, a machine frame, a roller system, a balance device, a main drive, a roll changing device. Its main function is to roll strip, to meet certain thickness.
